How to set background to be printed (most popular browsers)
- Internet Explorer (IE) - Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Printing check the field 'Print background colors and pictures'
- FireFox (FF) - File/Page Setup/Print Background (Color & Images)
- Opera - File/Print Options/Print Page Background
- Chrome - prints background by default
Marked Holidays

Due to Federal law (5 U.S.C. 6103) some holidays in 2012 (New Year's Day, Veterans Day) are moved one day
because in 2012 they fall on sunday or saturday.
